Pocono Cottage Rates

The Pocono Cottage is available from

June through September at a rate of $2,100 per week

(Saturday thru Saturday)

Off-season weekly rate (October through May) is $1,700 per week. Daily off-season rates: $325 per night Friday, Saturday and Holidays, and $300 per night Sunday through Thursday (3 Night Minimum).

Pennsylvania sales tax (6%), a $125 cleaning fee, and a $500 damage deposit also apply.

No smoking & No pets are allowed at the Cottage.
